We offer warranty coverage on all VESC-compatible motor controllers, electric motors, displays, and accessories. Whether it’s a C Series, CL Series, or CC Series controller — or a MEV18060 motor — our support team is here to assist you. Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period, along with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Once submitted, our technical support team will review your claim and contact you within 2–3 business days. In some cases, we may request additional diagnostics, photos, or videos to verify the issue. If approved, we’ll either repair or replace the item based on the severity of the defect.
