Warranty claim :- All warranty claims are subject to testing and validation prior to any action taken by 3ShulMotors.  Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original party that has made the purchase. We will not provide warranty on any units that have been purchased from unknown sources,  unless these units have been bought and sold through an authorized retailer. 

Timescales :- We will try to deal with your claim as quickly as possible, please be patient during this period and do not fill out the form multiple times as this will slow down your claim. This also goes for sending multiple emails across a short period of time. Generally warranty claims may take up to 14 days depending on the condition of product, but it can take longer than this and this should only be used as a guide.

Replacement Policy :- Please see the full terms for details on refunds and how the warranty process works. We will stick to the procedures outlined and we will not bend these rules for anyone. We try to ensure that everyone is happy with their purchase and endeavor to do the right thing by every customer.

Decision :- All warranty claims are dealt with on a case by case basis and the outcome will only become available once we have validated the warranty claim. The decision to uphold a warranty claim is exclusively the right of 3ShulMotors  on all occasions.
